Precision AQ is seeking a Program Manager to lead operational delivery of medical communications programs in a fast-paced client services environment. You will partner with Scientific Directors, Strategic Accounts leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive execution, financial oversight, and timely delivery of high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of project management in pharma-related services or medical communications.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in deadline-driven environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project workflows ensuring successful client program execution.
• Coordinate medical/legal/regulatory review processes and project documentation.
• Support financial tracking and invoicing activities.
• Serve as primary client contact for status updates and operational discussions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Program Coordinators and cross-functional teams.
