Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking a Program Manager to lead medical communications programs, partnering with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive execution and maintain operational excellence.

You will oversee workflows, MLR coordination, documentation, financial tracking, invoicing, and serve as the primary client contact for status updates, while guiding junior team members and ensuring compliance with industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows to ensure successful client programs.
• Coordinate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes and project documentation.
• Support financial tracking and invoicing activities.
• Act as primary client contact for status updates and operational discussions.
• Ensure compliance with client and industry requirements; provide guidance to Program Coordinators.
