Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive engineering experience including 4+ years in management.
• Ability to build and develop high-performing technical teams.
• Understanding of program-funded environments including direct vs. indirect labor and billing.
• Track record of owning budgets and making cost/risk/schedule trade-offs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to represent the team with cross-functional peers and senior leadership.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to dive into technical details when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead BA IT services and support including provisioning, server setup, and lab management.
• Own the BA System Support budget and participate in annual planning.
• Drive scalability, automation, and standardization across sysadmin workflows.
• Represent and defend team interests in cross-functional forums.
