Cross Country Search is seeking a Program Manager to manage PACE homecare accounts and lead the Program Support Team. The role focuses on client satisfaction through regular on-site visits, proactive service delivery, and strong cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities.

The candidate will mentor coordinators, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive delivery excellence across accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Account or Program Management or 3+ years in client relations, preferably in healthcare staffing/homecare.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare staffing/homecare or related field.
• Experience managing PACE program accounts or homecare staffing; familiarity with MSP/VMS technology.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary contact for PACE program clients and build trusted relationships.
• Conduct regular client visits and satisfaction reviews to strengthen partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with sales and account management teams.
• Monitor client metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies.
