Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to lead the PACE center within the assigned region, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and compliance with CMS and state regulations.

You will oversee program operations, budgets, and performance metrics while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strategic leadership, plus experience with PACE or home care programs, and a track record of achieving financial and operational goals

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare operations or program management.
• 4+ years in leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Experience with PACE or home care programs preferred.
• Start-up or turnaround experience helpful.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of the local Program Support Team.
• Develop plans for PACE program operations, growth, and quality.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align with strategy.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team; manage performance.
• Oversee program reporting, KPIs, and audits.
• Build relationships with community providers and regulators.
