Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to deliver operational and administrative support for PACE programs. You will onboard caregivers, manage credentials, track compliance, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

The role involves timekeeping support, client communications, and documentation in internal systems. Strong Spanish skills and healthcare familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in administrative or client support, preferably healthcare.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Onboard/offboard caregivers and manage credentialing and access.
• Support field staff with questions and timekeeping related issues.
• Maintain caregiver credentials, licenses, and certifications.
• Communicate policy updates and assignment details promptly.
• Prepare reports and client communications for internal and client review.
• Coordinate with Compliance to ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Serve as liaison between caregivers, clients, and internal teams.
• Provide backup coverage to ensure uninterrupted support.
