Cross Country is seeking a Program Coordinator to support homecare services for PACE programs. You will assist caregivers with onboarding, credentialing, and access, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating client relations to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery.

You will help with timekeeping, payroll, and schedule confirmations, acting as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of administrative or client support experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and confidentiality requirements.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Assist caregivers with onboarding, orientation, credentialing, and system access.
• Provide ongoing support to field staff and ensure resources for assignments.
• Maintain caregiver credentials, certifications, and licensures.
• Communicate updates, policy changes, and assignment details clearly.
• Support timekeeping, payroll, and schedule confirmations.
• Serve as a primary contact for PACE program clients and inquiries.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction.
• Conduct client satisfaction checks and follow up on feedback.
• Maintain documentation and data in databases and portals.
• Generate reports for internal teams and client review.
