Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Program Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for the PACE center in the assigned region. The role ensures high-quality, person-centered care while aligning with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

You will oversee program operations, drive year-over-year improvements, manage budgets and performance metrics, and partner with executive leadership to support growth and community health needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare operations or program management.
• 4+ years of leadership with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience with PACE or home care operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the local Program Support Team.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for PACE program operations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align program goals with organizational strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for CMS, state, and PACE requirements.
• Lead audits, quality reviews, and risk assessments; drive improvements.
