Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide operational, administrative, and customer support for homecare services under PACE programs.

You will onboard/offboard caregivers, track compliance, manage communication, and nurture client relations to ensure high-quality service. You will support field staff with timekeeping, payroll, and schedule confirmations, maintain caregiver credentials, generate reports, and act as a liaison among caregivers, clients, and

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year administrative or client support experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience with client portals or VMS technologies.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist caregivers with onboarding, orientation, credentialing, and system access.
• Provide ongoing support to field staff by addressing questions and issues.
• Maintain caregiver credentials, certifications, and licensures.
• Communicate updates and assignment details clearly and promptly.
• Support timekeeping, payroll, and schedule confirmations.
• Manage timekeeping issues and review timecards for accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for PACE clients and inquiries.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction.
• Conduct client satisfaction checks and follow up on feedback.
• Document client-specific requirements and share with caregivers.
• Work with Compliance to ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Maintain databases and client portals with accurate information.
• Support audits with complete documentation.
• Generate and distribute reports for internal teams and clients.
• Assist with client communications and process documentation.
• Act as liaison among caregivers, clients, and internal departments.
• Provide backup coverage for colleagues and after-hours support as needed.
