Job summary

Sentara Health in Virginia Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Enterprise Resilience professional to strengthen the organization’s ability to anticipate, withstand, respond to, and recover from disruptions. You will partner with Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, and Emergency Management to enforce resilience standards and drive actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of IT program management experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise resilience, cyber resilience, or related fields.
• Experience planning or supporting disaster recovery tests and tabletop exercises.
• Ability to connect technical recovery capabilities to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Resilience Program.
• Identify and maintain Critical Business Services and map required assets.
• Define and validate impact tolerances, RTOs, RPOs, and recovery priorities.
• Plan and document resilience assessments, DR tests, and tabletop exercises.
• Track findings and actions through closure and elevate material gaps.
