Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years in IT program management.
• 5+ years in enterprise resilience, cyber resilience, or related fields.
• Strong ability to translate resilience risks into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Resilience Program, including governance, standards, procedures, and reporting.
• Identify and map Critical Business Services and required people, processes, tech, data, facilities, and third parties.
• Define impact tolerances, recovery objectives, minimum service levels, and recovery priorities with owners.
• Plan and document resilience assessments, tabletop exercises, DR tests, and simulations.
• Track findings, risks, and corrective actions through closure and escalate gaps.
