Job summary

Sentara Health in Virginia Beach, VA seeks an Enterprise Resilience professional to strengthen the organization’s ability to anticipate, withstand, respond to, recover from, and adapt to cyber, technology, operational, and third‑party disruptions.

The role bridges technical recoverability with business continuity and critical service outcomes, working with Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, and business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years in IT program/project management.
• 5+ years in enterprise resilience, cyber resilience, disaster recovery, or related fields.
• Knowledge of ransomware-resilient recovery, immutable storage, and isolation recovery.

Responsibilities

• Help identify and maintain Critical Business Services and map required resources.
• Plan, document resilience assessments, tabletop exercises, DR tests, and simulations.
• Track findings, risks, and corrective actions to closure; escalate gaps when needed.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting for recovery readiness and maturity.
• Translate resilience risks into clear actions for technical and business audiences.
