Job summary

Sentara Health in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking an Enterprise Resilience professional to strengthen the organization’s ability to anticipate, withstand, respond to, and recover from disruptions across cyber, IT, and business continuity domains.

You will partner with Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery, and Operations to map critical services, define recovery objectives, coordinate drills, and mature resilience capabilities, including automated recovery and immutable backups, while communicating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• Minimum years of experience in IT program management and enterprise resilience.
• Knowledge of ransomware-resilient recovery, immutable storage, and recovery validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the Enterprise Resilience Program governance, standards, procedures, playbooks, reporting, and documentation.
• Identify Critical Business Services and map people, processes, technology, data, facilities, and third parties.
• Define impact tolerances, recovery time objectives, recovery point objectives, and minimum service levels.
• Coordinate resilience assessments, tabletop exercises, disaster recovery tests, and simulations.
• Track findings and actions, elevate gaps, and drive measurable improvements.
