Sentara Health in Virginia Beach is seeking an Enterprise Resilience professional to strengthen the organization’s ability to anticipate, withstand, respond to, recover from, and adapt to disruptions across cyber, technology, and operations. You will partner with Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and vendor teams to implement governance, standards, playbooks, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with certifications in security or resilience.
• Experience mapping critical services, recovery objectives, and dependencies.
• Proven ability to plan resilience assessments and disaster drills.
• Knowledge of cloud resilience, Azure, and data protection concepts.
• Strong documentation, governance, and executive reporting skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify and map Critical Business Services and required resources.
• Define impact tolerances and recovery objectives with owners.
• Plan resilience assessments and disaster recovery tests and simulations.
• Track findings and escalate gaps through closure.
• Enhance backup and recovery capabilities using Rubrik, Azure, SQL, and Veeam.
• Improve ransomware-resilient recovery and secure restore workflows.
• Automate restoration testing and validate recoverability.
• Coordinate DR exercises across teams to confirm recoverability.
• Coordinate tabletop exercises to test decision making and escalation.
• Support disruption response and document key decisions.
• Assess third-party resilience for critical services and dependencies.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports on recovery readiness.
• Create standards and repeatable processes; promote resilience awareness.
