Job summary

Housing Resources, Inc. in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a Program Manager – Coordinated Entry and Shelter Access to lead the CES and shelter access initiatives. You will ensure equitable, timely access to emergency shelter, housing resources, and supportive services for people experiencing homelessness.

You will partner with housing, behavioral health, DV, and service providers, monitor data, enforce compliance with HUD/CoC standards, and drive system improvements to prevent and end homelessness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading coordinated entry or homeless services programs.
• Knowledge of HUD, CoC, ESG funding and reporting requirements.
• Ability to monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Strong collaboration with community partners and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Coordinated Entry System and shelter access operations.
• Manage intake, assessment, prioritization, and referrals.
• Coordinate with shelters, housing providers, and health and DV partners.
• Lead policy development, training, and quality assurance.
• Present data and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Supervise staff and volunteers involved in CES activities.
