The Shelter Association of Washtenaw County seeks a Program Manager to lead shelter and health service programs at the Delonis Center in Ann Arbor. You will supervise a team of coordinators, manage referrals, outcomes, and ensure quality client services.

Collaborate with health system partners to align operations with funder requirements; maintain a 24/7 shelter environment with occasional on-call and weekend hours as needed.

Formación

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related human services field.
• Minimum two years of experience in human services.
• Strong diagnostic skills for mental health and substance use.
• Experience with HMIS or similar electronic records systems.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of health care system and community resources.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to ending homelessness and equity.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of program staff to uphold agency mission and values.
• Coordinate referrals, outcomes, and service provisions.
• Oversee program outputs and evaluate effectiveness.
• Hire, onboard, and develop staff.
• Ensure programs meet budget and funder requirements.
• Collaborate with community partners and health system.
• Participate in management meetings and on-call duties.
• Payroll reviews and scheduling support.
• Assist with Front Desk Coverage and Community Meals.
