Job summary

Partners for HOME seeks a Senior Project Manager of Shelter Systems and Rapid Resolution to oversee cross-agency shelter coordination in Atlanta. This role will manage the Rapid Resolution work, track outcomes, and ensure efficient operations within the CoC framework.

The position requires experience with homeless services, HMIS data, and strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive exit strategies and housing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shelter systems and rapid resolution initiatives across the CoC.
• Oversee rapid resolution funding and contracts to support exit pathways and rehousing.
• Lead daily briefings to track client progress and outcomes, troubleshoot issues.
• Provide training and support to partners and staff in shelter operations and HMIS usage.
• Collaborate with CoC units and partners to improve shelter coordination and system efficiency.
