Job summary

Champaign County Regional Planning Commission seeks a Coordinated Entry System Coordinator to manage CES operations and reporting in Champaign County. You will work with CSPH and RPC leadership to ensure timely assessments and connections to housing and services.

The role requires a Bachelor's in human services or related field and 3+ years of direct client service, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field and a minimum of three years of direct client service experience; combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Strong background in customer service and human services with homelessness/crisis intervention experience preferred.
• Ability to work outside traditional business hours, including early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; may transport clients.
• Ability to visit clients in community-based sites in Champaign County.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Coordinated Entry System in partnership with CSPH and RPC leadership; regularly report on CES data.
• Recruit, train, and support CES partner organizations; facilitate CES committee meetings.
• Support grant applications and reports; increase CES knowledge within the community; outreach.
