Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in homeless services, behavioral health, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of housing principles, trauma-informed care, community resources, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), HMIS, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of homeless services and shelter programs.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor program flow, ensure quality service delivery and continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, documentation, reporting, and records.
