Job summary

LA Family Housing in Los Angeles seeks an Engagement Manager to supervise direct service teams, oversee referrals and Coordinated Entry System (CES) enrollments, and ensure program compliance and contractual targets. The role partners with program staff to connect participants to services and achieve equitable access.

The Engagement Manager will train staff, monitor documentation, and prepare monthly reports for contracts and audits, while coordinating with Data & Performance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of social service experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant management experience.
• Understanding of the Coordinated Entry System (CES) and its goal of functional zero.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CES referral, triage and assessment functions.
• Coach teams in clinical skills and best practices with vulnerable populations.
• Ensure safety and respond to incidents and crises at service centers.
• Collaborate with program managers to deliver effective services.
• Maintain tracking systems for program functions and outcomes.
