Job summary

Champaign County Regional Planning Commission seeks a Coordinated Entry System Coordinator to manage CES data, recruit and assist partners, and lead committee meetings in the Champaign County homeless service continuum.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human services and at least three years of client-facing experience, with flexibility for after-hours work and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Minimum of three years direct client service experience.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Strong customer service and human services background.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and report on CES data.
• Recruit, train, and support CES partner organizations.
• Facilitate regular CES committee meetings.
• Support grant applications and reports.
• Develop expertise in CES aligned with HUD and CSPH standards.
• Increase CES awareness through outreach in the community.
• Provide direct Coordinated Entry services (assessment and referral).
