Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day center operations, staffing, scheduling, and customer service. This role supports HR, Operations, and Clinical departments, ensuring accurate records and adherence to insurer-approved hours.

The Program Manager will coordinate with administrative and clinical staff, acting as a liaison to staff and management while handling case assignments and staff availability. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare preferred.
• Experience with scheduling and operations management.
• Experience in office administration or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staffing.
• Handle recruitment, scheduling, and customer service tasks.
• Produce reports and maintain accurate records for staffing and service delivery.
• Manage master schedule and staffing within insurer-approved hours.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments; liaise between admin and clinical staff.
