Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA looks for a Program Operations Manager to join their established team and oversee the Center’s operations. The role involves day‑to‑day management, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, reporting, and general administrative tasks to support operational efficiency and client care.

The manager will maintain staff records, help build and manage a master schedule, allocate clinical hours per client, and liaise between administrative and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in scheduling and operations within a medical, dental, therapy, or related office environment is preferred.
• Strong ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day center operations and staffing to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and customer service support across departments.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in creating a master schedule aligned with insurer hours.
• Serve as liaison between administrative and clinical staff and manage case assignment and staff availability.
