Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management preferred.
• Experience in operations, scheduling, and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, including day-to-day staff and services management, recruitment, and scheduling.
• Manage customer service, reporting, and administrative tasks to support center operations.
• Coordinate case assignments and ensure staffing aligns with insurer-approved hours.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments and act as liaison between administrative and clinical staff.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support company goals.
