Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc is seeking an Operations Manager/Clinic Director to oversee center operations, staffing, and client services. You will coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and reporting while ensuring adherence to budgeted hours per client and insurer requirements.

The role supports HR, Operations, and Clinical departments, acting as the main contact for case assignments and staff availability. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• 5 years of management in a professional environment, preferably medical or behavioral health.
• Experience building and retaining customers and managing staff.
• Strong ethical conduct and confidentiality; excellent communication with staff and families.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day center operations, staff management, scheduling, and customer service.
• Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR liaison duties.
• Maintain accurate records of staffing, delivery of services, and master scheduling within budgeted hours.
• Serve as primary contact between administrative and clinical staff for case assignments and staff availability.
