Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead clinic operations, manage staff, recruitment, and scheduling, and ensure smooth delivery of services for children with autism.

The role supports HR, Operations, and Clinical departments and serves as the liaison between administrative and clinical teams. The position offers full-time operational responsibilities with a focus on efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years of management experience in professional environment, preferably healthcare/behavioral health.
• Experience in staff development and customer acquisition.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff scheduling.
• Support HR, operations, and clinical departments as liaison.
• Maintain accurate records and master schedule within budgeted hours per client.
• Ensure quality customer service and regulatory compliance.
