Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles seeks a Program Supervisor II to support contract goals, supervise staff, and ensure daily KPI achievement across service delivery. You will coordinate service plans and monitor data quality, reporting progress to the Director. On-site work is required and collaboration with partners is a key focus.

Experience with HMIS and funder reporting is preferred, with emphasis on supervision, training, and maintaining high-quality services for clients.

Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent with 2 years of experience.
• 12 months of supervisory experience in a social services organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff to meet grant objectives and monitor progress for Director.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, intake, service plans, and delivery of services.
• Conduct weekly case conferencing and monthly case file audits to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor compliance with VOALA policies and required procedures; document procedures.
• Train and mentor staff; develop policy adherence and supervision.
• Coordinate outreach with community partners and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
