Volunteers of America Los Angeles (VOALA) is seeking a Program Supervisor II to provide experienced leadership and administrative support to meet contracted goals. The role oversees staff, ensures data quality, maintains records, and helps deliver high-quality services to the community on-site.

The position requires supervising program staff, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring compliance with VOALA policies while partnering with Directors and community stakeholders.

Formación

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background checks
• Experience supervising staff in social services
• Ability to work with diverse, vulnerable populations

Responsabilidades

• Achieve grant objectives by supervising staff and monitoring service delivery
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of program service providers and intake
• Conduct weekly case conferencing and monthly case file audits
• Monitor program compliance and maintain documentation
• Assist Director with policy implementation and staff training
• Coordinate outreach with community partners and stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned

Educación

Associate's degree or equivalent

Master of Social Work (MSW)
