Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Program Finance Analyst III to support program finance, provide Earned Value metrics, and ensure cost/schedule reporting to program managers and CAMs.

You will analyze variances, maintain EAC processes, support baseline development, and help forecast revenue while ensuring timely invoicing and compliance with DoD regulations. A government security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience using EVMS in daily operations.
• Knowledge of DoD program financial controls.
• Familiarity with FAR/CAS/DFARS.
• Knowledge of contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, T&M).
• Understanding of revenue recognition concepts.
• Ability to present complex information to all management levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate schedule and cost metrics using Earned Value.
• Support baseline development and WBS/charge numbers.
• Update programs with/without EV requirements in ERP or Cobra.
• Analyze variances to budget and assist with recovery plans.
• Analyze risks and opportunities to baseline cost/schedule and EAC.
• Maintain Project-Activity Structure and charge numbers.
• Complete EAC process with time-phased updates and reporting.
• Develop and monitor time-phased program-level revenue plans.
• Provide inputs/variance narratives for PMRs and QBRs.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
• Communicate status of funding to management; disposition of cancelable funds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
