Draper is hiring a Program Finance Analyst 3 to support financial management for defense programs. You will apply earned value methods, develop baselines, and produce variance analyses for program managers and CAMs.

The role requires government security clearance and offers a pathway through complex program finances. Based in Cambridge, MA, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while communicating financial status to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of analyst or related experience.
• Knowledge of EVMS and program cost/schedule controls.
• Familiarity with DoD contracts and federal regs.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance.
• Support baseline development and WBS/charge numbers.
• Conduct variance analysis and assist recovery plans.
• Prepare EAC inputs and PMR/QBR narratives.
• Ensure invoicing and receivables are processed timely.
