Job summary

Sage is seeking a Program Execution and Project Manager to oversee global strategic initiatives for the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. The role focuses on driving large-scale programs with cross-functional collaboration, governance, and robust reporting to executives.

You'll develop detailed project plans, RACIs, and stakeholder maps, while enabling continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and clear performance metrics across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations
• Ability to manage matrixed organization complexity while driving clarity and outcomes
• Proactive, with strong change management and business acumen
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs to results
• Strong verbal and written communication across distributed audiences
• Experience in a commercial organization with partner and customer-facing roles

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs with cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement project/program plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communication strategies
• Provide project administration support to a team of project managers
• Foster partnerships across Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for program success
• Deliver detailed program status reports to executive leadership and advise on processes
