Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead strategic cross-functional projects within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive large programs, develop project plans and RACIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

The role is hybrid with in-office presence three days per week, focusing on driving governance, change management, and successful program execution across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in program management or project management.
• Ability to collaborate across groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Proactiveness with change management and business acumen.
• Experience navigating matrixed organizations for clarity and outcomes.
• Proven track record driving complex multi-stakeholder planning.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives with Sales and Success Digital Enablement teams.
• Develop and implement project and program plans, timelines, RACIs, and stakeholder maps.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Drive governance, change impact assessment, and program execution models.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for project success.
• Prepare detailed program status reports and communicate business impact to executives.
