Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will guide cross-functional programs, develop project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps and success metrics to deliver measurable business impact.

Hybrid role with in-office presence three days per week, you will partner closely with Sales, IT, Marketing and Customer Support to drive strategic outcomes and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Experience with change management and driving cross-team programs to results.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership communications.
• Strong verbal and written communications across dispersed audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs across Sales and Success Digital Enablement, RTR and regions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communication strategies.
• Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Customer Support.
• Drive governance, change impact assessments and project/program execution models.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Deliver detailed reports on program status, outcomes, and business impact to executive leadership.
