Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to manage strategic cross-functional projects within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. The role drives initiatives supporting go-to-market, regional and functional teams, including large scale programs and process improvements.

Hybrid role based in-office 3 days per week; you will develop project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps, success metrics, and provide executive level status reports.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across groups to drive clarity and rhythm of business.
• Proactiveness and a strong positive outlook and approach to change management with a strong business acumen.
• Ability to manage matrixed organization complexity while driving clarity and outcomes.
• Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, driving cross-team programs to desired results.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into easy-to-understand concepts for leadership and through communications.
• Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills across a geographically dispersed audience.
• Strong understanding and experience working in a commercial organization with partner and customer-facing employees and the ability to translate that experience into strategic insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with sales and success digital enablement team, RTR, regions, function and in alignment with the broader impact on Sage.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project and program plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, communication strategies and other supporting that are in support of the corporate and departmental objectives; provide project administration and process support to a team of project managers.
• Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Drive projects forward in a consistent, aligned approach around an established ROB, governance, change impact assessment and project/program execution model.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain a focus on continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Establish performance indicators and success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on program status, outcomes, and business impact to executive leadership; assist and advise team members on processes, policies, procedures and reporting requirements
