Job summary

Career Team seeks an Executive Director to lead staff, oversee operations, programs, and strategic planning. You’ll guide WIOA Title 1 activities, ensure programmatic performance and compliance, and supervise a high-performing team to deliver results.

You will drive labor market research, planning, and partnerships with local boards, while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, or community organization or development.
• 5+ years of experience in operations.
• 5+ years of experience in business, marketing, public relations, education, and/or human and/or workforce development services.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide a team with different working styles.
• Knowledge of WIOA program and workforce program requirements.
