Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Project Director to oversee Workforce Solutions, ensuring strategic plan execution and program integrity. You’ll work within a corporate management context, guiding front-line staff and driving performance across regional contracts.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in leadership and a strong background in workforce development programs, with a focus on compliance and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years of operational leadership and management experience.
• 3+ years in dynamic team environments with strong communication and professionalism.
• 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and monitor programs.
• Maintain knowledge of WIOA/TANF/SNAP and related policies.
• Drive metrics, manage expenditures, coach staff, and create service delivery plans.
• Coordinate policy implementation for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the Workforce Solutions team to execute initiatives.
