Job summary

Career Team, a leading workforce development organization, is hiring a Program Manager to coordinate programs and manage services within them. You will implement policies, analyze performance data, and lead frontline staff to meet ambitious goals under the supervision of the Project Director.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 2–4 years of proven management skills.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of proven management skills.
  • Strong project management, communication, and data analysis abilities.
  • Experience with workforce development programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and lead project staff to meet or exceed performance goals, including thorough review of case files.
  • Use Work-In-Texas reports to analyze and support performance activities.
  • Identify community partnerships, collaborate with other professionals, and maintain partner relationships.
  • Direct, control, and supervise the work activity of project staff, deliver coaching, and conduct evaluations.
  • Identify and address staff training needs and address customer inquiries with excellence.
