Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Delivers products through the design process to completion. Plans and directs schedules and project budgets. Monitors projects from inception through delivery. May oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. Focuses on project/program management, with technical team members if applicable. Senior Program Management professional responsible for overall governance across operational and strategic project portfolios. Requires strong management, leadership skills, and experience presenting to C-level executives. Must drive structure and organization, possess extensive knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies, and be capable of making informed decisions quickly. Logical, analytical, with great influencing, written, and verbal communication skills. Able to handle multiple priorities and ambiguity. Oversees strategic and operational portfolios and manages relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT. Manages issue escalation/resolution processes.
