This role involves managing internal business projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery from design to completion. The director will develop and monitor project schedules and budgets, oversee external vendors, and lead system analysis and program staff. The position requires strong leadership, portfolio management skills, and experience presenting to C-level executives.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing programs with staff and matrixed resources
• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert in provider data operations
• Escalating implementation and compliance issues
• Developing business cases and strategies
• Collaborating across units and with external partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred
• 7-9 years of experience; 10+ years preferred, especially in Provider Data Operations and State Master Files
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and ITIL certifications preferred
