Job Description
Job Summary

The Program Director is responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. The role encompasses delivering products through the design process to completion, planning and directing schedules and budgets, monitoring projects from inception through delivery, and overseeing external vendors if necessary. The position involves assigning, directing, and monitoring system analysis and program staff. The primary focus is on project and program management, requiring strong leadership, governance, and communication skills. The role also involves managing strategic relationships and overseeing the issue escalation and resolution process.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP.
  • Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert and lead programs to meet critical needs.
  • Identify and escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance.
  • Develop business case methodologies and coordinate the implementation of business strategies.
  • Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans.
Job Qualifications
Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

7-9 years.

Preferred Education

Graduate degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

10+ years.

Preferred License, Certification, Association

CPHQ.
