Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in developmental disabilities or residential services preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Excellent decision-making and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall system of support and services for individuals served.
• Manage personnel and coordinate service delivery.
• Interview, hire, and develop direct care staff.
• Monitor individuals' finances and benefits.
• Manage caseloads and coordinate care.
• Participate in surveys and investigations of incidents; track trends and contribute to resolutions.
