Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Program Director to oversee the system of supports provided to individuals served in our residential facilities.

This full-time role includes on-call responsibilities, supervision of staff, and coordination of service delivery, with compensation around $56,500 to $58,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A four-year degree in social services or a related field is preferred.

• Management of the overall system of support and services provided to individuals served.

Requirements for this position include:

• High school diploma/GED is required, four-year degree in social services or related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities preferably within residential services may be preferred but is not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Displays strong communication skills and possess excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
