Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic case management or program reporting systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, crisis management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily program operations, establish performance goals, monitor outcomes, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop program staff including hiring, performance management, training, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and documentation; support quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage program resources, oversee reporting, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvements.
• Promote client-centered service delivery and ensure programs meet participant needs and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support program initiatives and partnerships.
