Job summary

You will oversee personnel, budgeting, services to individuals, and facility management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field, 7+ years of progressive managerial experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible managerial experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate many individuals and activities.
• Willingness to work with diverse populations.
• On-call 24/7 due to position requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned residential program(s) and ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide direction, supervision, and staff development for program staff.
• Develop and monitor budgets for residential programs.
• Represent the division on committees and external meetings.
• Ensure regulatory audits are prepared and successful.
• Develop new programs and services for assigned areas.
