Job summary

Acacia Network seeks a seasoned Program Director to oversee site operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive outcomes across behavioral health, housing, and community services for vulnerable populations. You will lead staff, manage budgets and contracts, develop program content, and report results to senior leadership.

A Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field is required, 7+ years’ experience with homeless or special needs populations, and 5+ years in management; NYS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Seven+ years of experience with the homeless or special needs populations.
• Five+ years in a managerial position.
• LMSW/LCSW/LMHC preferred in NYS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations: service delivery, contracts, targets, and compliance.
• Provide leadership, guidance, direction, and supervision to all staff.
• Interview, hire, and train program personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing actions.
• Monitor fiscal condition of the program.
• Ensure regulatory compliance standards are met.
• Coordinate policies and program activities to meet contract goals.
• Serve as Incident Commander and handle critical incidents.
