Humana Inc. (CenterWell Senior Primary Care) looks for a Program Delivery Lead to oversee Tandem Behavioral Health care operations, analytics, and strategy in The Villages, FL.

The role partners with clinical and product teams to design dashboards and performance management tools, driving end-to-end process improvements in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

The position is hybrid, with in-person requirements in The Villages and occasional travel for collaboration and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, social work.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, including value-based care or behavioral health.
• 5+ years of cross-functional translation tooling experience between clinical leadership and hands-on-keys product development team.
• Experience in developing performance dashboards—defining metric definitions, collaborating with analytics and tech teams, and performing metric quality checks.
• Excellent collaboration capabilities and high EQ; integrator, can connect the dots and optimize system-level processes.
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance, including access, quality, cost, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, technology enablement, and data integrations.
• Build and maintain Power BI–based dashboards to measure program performance and support executive-level reporting.
• Own program reporting and use analytics-driven insights to communicate impact and performance to market leaders and executives.
• Partner with the EMR product team, clinical analytics, Medical Economics, and others to define metrics, integrate data, and strengthen reporting capabilities.
• Own business partnership and design input for technical products that support Tandem Care and PCO clinicians.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with strategic stakeholders to support program implementation and adoption of new strategies.
• Manage special projects at the request of the National BH Director on an ad hoc basis.
