Humana Inc. seeks a Program Delivery Lead to oversee Tandem Behavioral Health Care operations, analytics, and future-state strategy within CenterWell at The Villages.

The role partners with the National Director of BH Strategy and Operations to drive performance, reporting, and operational excellence. The candidate will design performance management tools, build Power BI dashboards, and coordinate with clinical and product teams to deliver end-to-end program execution across care delivery

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, social work, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations in value-based care or behavioral health.
• 5+ years cross-functional translation tooling experience between clinical leadership and product teams.
• Experience developing performance dashboards, metric definitions, and product feature specs.
• Excellent collaboration and high EQ; strong stakeholder relationships.
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location.

Mansioni

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance (access, quality, cost, budgets, KPIs).
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program performance and executive reporting.
• Own program reporting and communicate impact to market leaders and executives.
• Partner with EMR product, analytics, and clinical teams to define metrics and strengthen reporting.
• Define product feature specifications in collaboration with clinical and product teams.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to support implementation and adoption of new strategies.
• Manage ad hoc special projects for the National BH Director.
