Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a senior finance professional to lead program controls and FP&A for multiple programs. You will develop forecasts, support proposals, and manage a team of analysts to ensure accurate financials and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Experience in Financial Planning and Program Controls.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide key recommendations to senior team members based on analysis.
• Implement and maintain EVMS and RMD practice standards.
• Develop monthly forecasts, AOP & LRP with partners using SAP/BW/Excel.
• Meet internal and external deliveries with accurate forecasts and reports.
• Brief program and finance team members in advance of decisions.
• Provide financial strategies in proposals and contract negotiations.
• Lead a team of 6+ program control analysts.
• Participate in multi-project proposal reviews and kickoff reviews.
