Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a highly motivated finance professional to lead cost management and FP&A for a portfolio of contracts. You will partner with the portfolio Finance Manager, Program Management, and functional teams to ensure flawless program execution with EVMS compliance and accurate EACs.

This onsite role offers broad exposure to capture opportunities, budgeting, and strategic analysis. You will develop forecasts, support proposals and contract negotiations, and strengthen internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics with 8+ years in Financial Management/Leadership
• Experience in Financial Planning and Program Controls
• U.S. citizenship and TS security clearance required

Responsibilities

• Provide key recommendations to senior team members based on analysis to enhance value for stakeholders
• Implement and maintain EVMS with compliant practices and standards
• Develop monthly forecasts, AOP & LRP with functional partners using financial tools
• Deliver flawless financial forecasts and brief leadership ahead of decisions
• Evaluate and improve internal controls, tools and processes
