Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a detail oriented finance professional to join the Air Dominance finance team in Tucson, AZ. You will drive earned value program execution and program cost controls, partnering with Program Management and functional leads to ensure successful contract outcomes and financial oversight.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience.
Experience with Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Partner with Program Management and Functional Leads to successfully execute contractual Earned Value programs.
Supporting weapon system integration, software development, platform integration, infrastructure maintenance, and flight test support.
This position requires strong skills with cost and schedule management, forecasting, communicating, and working collaboratively with team members aligning both functionally and programmatically.
